10 sessions plus follow-ups over a six month period for adults using socially engaged arts, with reference to physics, biology, natural history and fun, to alleviate stress and anxiety and increase wellbeing.
Inner peace doesn’t necessarily mean all is calm and well, particularly when busy at work, or self-managing a long-term condition or caring for someone at home. Inner peace is about finding a place of balance within to feel anchored to inner resilience.
We liken the experience of inner peace to a ‘sea buoy’, that even in the strongest of waves remains anchored to its centred point.
Participants receive creative kits to go along with the online programmes, funded by The National Lottery Awards For All.
