Poetry in Motion events in Libraries Autumn 2017

Poetry, Place and Wellbeing! These are fun & family friendly creative writing and poetry events that make you feel good! Held in different locations.   No experience is needed. Sessions include an inspirational short walk, discussion & prompts, with refreshments.  Theme: ‘Being Ourselves’

The October workshops are part of Scottish Mental Health Arts and Film Festival (Highland) Feedback regularly shows how delighted people are with what they hear and create, as well as benefiting from the mindfulness elements of the workshops. There is a diverse range of skills, so the workshops are rich experiences for all involved.
